As a Domain Administrator, you can create JX user groups that offer access to shared information in Juvare Exchange. In eICS, JX user groups are defined by roles and facilities. Anyone in a user group can access Juvare Exchange to see information shared through the JX networks to which their group belongsthey belong.

To create new JX user groups

  1. On the main menu, point to Planning and in the list, click JX User Groups. The JX User Groups page opens.
  2. Click New Group. The new group’s Details open on the right.
  3. In the Domain list, click the domain for which you want to create the group.
  4. For Name, enter a descriptive name that identifies the group.

    Note: The name Group names should be highly descriptive so that anyone creating a network can easily distinguish which groups other people can locate and select the groups with which they want to includeshare information. The recommended format is ‘role at facility’ "role at facility or domain" (for example, Facility Admins at Fortis [YourFacility] or All Roles at Test Domain[YourDomain]).

  5. For Roles, select the check box for each role that you want to have access to JXJuvare Exchange.
  6. For Facilities, select the check box for each facility at which you want those roles to have access to Juvare Exchange.
  7. Click Save. People in user groups see  Through the JX tab in eICS. Through this tab, they , people in the JX user group can access the dashboard and view common data layers, such as roads and weather. They can also see shared information based on the JX networks in which they are a member (through the their participant, JX user groups, participants, or and other JX networks).
