The Patient Log displays client records that were created during a specified period of time. The report includes only those records to which you have been granted access.
Setting up this report includes selecting a date range and report format.
To generate this report
- Click the Reports tab.
- Click Patient Log. The Set Report Parameters page opens.
- Select or enter the Start time and End time.
- Select the Report Format.
- Click Run Report. The Generating report window opens, asking whether you want to generate another report.
- Click Yes or No, as appropriate.
