Juvare Events offers an array of plug-ins you can enable to aid in the creation and presentation of your events. Each plug-in needs to be enabled for each event.
To check event plug-ins
- On the upper left, click your login email and, in the list, click your organization.
- On the left, click Events. The Events page opens.
- Locate the event and, on that row, click Open Event Dashboard. The Event Dashboard
- On the left, in the Settings menu, click Plugins. The page opens to the Features
- On the right, click to Enable these features:
- Send Out Emails (emails will be sent to registrants).
- Limit Phone Number Country (accepts only phone numbers for the United States).
- Pages (allows you to create and use a static page; for more information, see the To create Pages procedure).
- Statistics (provides event statistics).
- Near the top, located below Installed Plugins, click Customizations.
- On the right, click to Enable these features:
- Hide Add to Calendar (hides the add to calendar option when an event or timeslot is full).
- Hide Sold Out Event (hides events that are full).
- Click the Output and Export Formats
- On the right, click to Enable these features:
- PDF Ticket Output (allows patients to print tickets as PDFs).
- Report Exporter (allows you to export printable reports).
- Passbook Tickets (allows patients to generate passbook tickets).
