Juvare Events offers an array of plug-ins you can enable to aid in the creation and presentation of your events. Each plug-in needs to be enabled for each event.
To check event plug-ins
- In Juvare Events, on the left, click Events. The Events page opens.
- Locate the event and, on that row, click Open event dashboard. The Event dashboard opens.
- On the left, in the Settings menu, click Plugins. The page opens to the Features tab.
- On the right, click to Enable these features:
- Send Out Emails (emails will be sent to registrants)
- Limit Phone Number Country (accepts only phone numbers for the United States)
- Pages (allows you to create and use a static page; for more information, see the To create Pages procedure)
- Statistics (provides event statistics)
- Send SMS with Juvare Notify (when configured, the event sends text messages, such as successful registration and appointment reminders, to patients)
- Near the top, located below Installed plugins, click Customizations.
- On the right, click to Enable these features:
- Hide Add to Calendar (hides the add to calendar option when an event or timeslot is full)
- Hide Sold Out Event (hides events that are full)
- Double Opt-In Step (optional: sends an email requiring patients to verify their email address before they can complete registration)
- Click the Output and export formats
- On the right, click to Enable these features:
- PDF Ticket Output (allows patients to print tickets as PDFs)
- Report Exporter (allows you to export printable reports)
- Passbook Tickets (allows patients to generate passbook tickets)
