The Description column in the Status Reports Menu provides a brief overview of the report and its use.

The

Status

Type field includes all status types to which you have access, drawn from both the resource's type and those added at the resource level.

reports provide specific information about the statuses being reported by resources in your region during a specific period. These reports are generated mainly as PDF and CSV files. CSV files can be opened and edited with spreadsheet solutions, such as Microsoft® Excel®, or text editors.

After running most of these reports, they are available for seven days on the Jobs List

Note: For Status Summary reports, a de-activated status is included only when it was used within the date range specified for the report. If such a status is included, it is clearly marked as de-activated.

For many reports, you can generate a PDF file or a comma-separated value (CSV) file. You can use Microsoft® Excel® or a text editor to work with CSV files.

Tip: When you need to indicate a date, use the calendar icon to quickly navigate to and select a date.In the Menu Option column, select Status Summary. The report criteria

To generate a Status Summary report

  • From any page, open the Report menu in the main navigation bar, and select Status Reports. The Status Reports Menu opens.

    1. In the main menu, click Report and then click Status Summary. The Status Summary Report page opens.

    2. In Start Date and End Date, enter

    or select
    1. the date range for the report.

    Choose the
    1. For Report Format, click PDF or CSV.

    2. Click Next Step.

    3. Select the checkboxes for the resources you want to include.

    4. Click Next Step.

    5. Select one or more status types.

    Tip: Use the search fields at the top of the page to locate the status types you want to select from.
    1. Click Generate Report. The Jobs page opens.
    2. Click the report to download it

    To generate a Status Detail report

  • From any page, open the Report menu in the main navigation bar, and select Status Reports. The Status Reports Menu opens.

    1. In the main menu, click Report and then click Status Detail. The Status Detail Report page opens.
    2. In Start Date and End Date, enter

    Choose the
    1. For Report Format, click PDF or CSV.
    Select a
    1. In the Status Type list, select the type.

    2. Click Next. The second

    To generate a Status Reason Summary report

  • From any page, open the Report menu in the main navigation bar, and select Status Reports. The Status Reports Menu opens.

  • In the Menu Option column, select Status Reason Summary. The first report criteria
    1. In the main menu, click Report and then click Status Reason Summary. The Status Reason Summary Report page opens.
    2. In Start Date and End Date, enter

    or select
    1. the date range for the report.

    Choose the
    1. For Report Format, click PDF or CSV.
    2. Click Next. The second

    2. Select the checkboxes for the resources you want to include.
    3. Click Next. The third

    criteria

    2. Select the Status Reasons.

    3. If you want to include regional information, select the Regional Aggregate Information check box.

    4. Click Generate Report. The Jobs page opens.

    5. Click the report to download it.

    To generate a Status Reason Detail report

  • From any page, open the Report menu in the main navigation bar, and select Status Reports. The Status Reports Menu opens.

  • In the Menu Option column, select Status Reason Detail. The first report criteria
    1. In the main menu, click Report and then click Status Reason Detail. The Status Reason Detail Report page opens.
    2. In Start Date and End Date, enter

    or select
    1. the date range for the report.

    Choose the
    1. For Report Format, click PDF or CSV.
    2. Click Next. The second

    criteria
    1. page opens.

    2. Select the checkboxes for the resources you want to include.
    3. Click Next. The third

    criteria
    1. page opens.

    Select
    1. In the Status Type list, select the type.
    2. Click Next. The fourth

    1. page opens.

    Select In the Menu Option column, select Status Snapshot. The report criteria
    1. In the Status Reasons list, select the reason. 

    2. Click Generate Report. The Jobs page opens.

    3. Click the report to download it.

    To generate a Status Snapshot report

    Note: This report uses the 24-hour time format.
  • From any page, open the Report menu in the main navigation bar, and select Status Reports. The Status Reports Menu opens.

    1. In the main menu, click Report and then click Status Snapshot. The Status Snapshot Report page opens.
    2. In Report Date, enter

    or select
    1. the date.

    2. In the Hour list,

    enter
    1. select the hour.

    2. In the Minute list, select the minute.

    3. Click Generate Report. The report is automatically downloaded.

    To generate a Monthly Status Assessment report

    EMResource allows you to select the current month

    when specifying

    for this report

    's parameters. However, all numbers/statistics in the report

    ; however, if you do this, the report results will be zero (0). To generate meaningful data, you must select a month in the past.

  • From any page, open the Report menu in the main navigation bar, and select Status Reports. The Status Reports Menu opens.

  • In the Menu Option column, select Monthly Status Assessment. The first report criteria
    1. In the main menu, click Report and then click Monthly Status Assessment. The Monthly Status Assessment page opens.
    2. In the Month list, select the

    appropriate
    1. month.

    2. In the Year list, select the

    appropriate
    1. year.

    In
    1. For Report Format,

    select the format for the report,Select the resources
    1. click HTML or CSV.

    2. Select the checkboxes for the resources you want to include.
    3. Click Next. The second

    2. In the Status Type list, select the

    appropriate status
    1. type.

    2. Click Next. The third

    report criteria
    1. page opens.

    In Statuses, select the statuses
    1. Select the checkboxes for the Statuses you want to include.

    2. Click Generate Report.
