Authorized administrators can share their region's status types with other regions.
You can also accomplish this task from a status type's detail pages (Setup > Status Types); for details, refer to About Status Types: Visibility.
Tip: Use the search fields at the top of the Edit Other Region Security - Status Types page to locate the status types you want to select from.
From any page, open the Setup menu in the main navigation bar and click Other Regions. The Other Region List opens
Click Share Status Types. The Edit Other Region Security - Status Types page opens.
Select the check boxes for the status types you want to share.
Clear the check boxes for status types that you do not want to share.
Click Save.
